I did not know that I would ever develop an interest in photography until I got a film camera on a whim in April of 2023. I did not have a particular interest in cars, really. I took an abstract photo of a car hood in black and white after someone suggested I start with simple images. So, I started to make a collection. I walk around a lot because I don't have a car but cars are everywhere. They are so ubiquitous that they blend in with the background noise of the rest of New York City.
