"Trá Pháidínはアイルランドの9人組で、「An Gaeltacht」と呼ばれる地域でゲール語が第一言語として使われている西アイルランドの沿岸部ゴールウェイのコナマラ出身。
伝統的なアイリッシュ・フォーク、ポストロック、ジャズ、ダダイストの不条理をユニークかつ予測不可能にブレンドした陽気なノイズで、現在アイルランドのアンダーグラウンドを照らしている。この輝かしいアルバム『An 424』は、ジョン・スパッド・マーフィー（ランカム、ブラック・ミディ、ゴート・ガール）がミキシングを手がけ、この人里離れた海岸線に沿って走る424番バスの路線に沿って、私たちを心理地理学的な旅に連れて行ってくれる。金管楽器、木管楽器、ハープ、バイオリンなどを駆使したワイルドな即興演奏と、容赦ないグルーヴを期待してほしい。"

"Trá Pháidín are an Irish nine piece collective from Conamara, Galway, a wild coastal region of West Ireland where Gaeilge (Irish-Gaelic) remains the first language in areas known as 'An Gaeltacht'.
The group are currently lighting up Ireland's underground with their joyful noise, a unique and unpredictable blend of traditional Irish folk, post-rock, jazz, and Dadaist absurdity. The glorious album An 424 was mixed by John 'Spud' Murphy (Lankum, Black Midi, Goat Girl) and takes us on a psychogeographical journey along the 424 bus route which follows this remote stretch of coastline, introducing us to the landscapes and the characters who depend on the buses. Expect wild improvisational flights filled with brass, woodwinds, harp and fiddles alongside relentless grooves."
