Artist statement by KETA RA:

"From 2022 to the beginning of 2023, I went outside with my instrument and battery, found a place I was interested in, played the atmosphere of the place by myself, and recorded it.

This work will be a compilation of the performances and the emotions that I brought home, recorded at home.

Most of the songs are loose beatless songs, but in my personal sense, I think it's a more emotional ambient album.

The title song of this work, ”LED“ was performed while watching the sunrise from the sea at the window of a ryokan in Beppu City, Oita Prefecture.
Someone who listened to this said about me: “A person who stands between the visible world and the invisible world, enveloping and healing everything.”

For the jacket design, I tried to express the image of the morning sun seen from my parents' house in a more minimalistic way.

This is the first time I've done a design like this, but I personally like it !

I am grateful to be able to release this on a meaningful day for my hometown ☺︎✨"

It's a choice from the musician behind his sounds to stay anonymous and far away from the lights. We don't know if he's behind some other projects or monikers. The only thing we know is that we discovered his works over a decade ago, via Soundcloud. At that time, the quality of the works, the unpredictable range of sounds and\u003cspan class=\"bcTruncateMore\"\u003e atmospheres gave his own imprint to Ethan Syann and the reason to have him on board at a point. It was an obvious fact to put the light on his first and only tracks, recorded between 2013 and 2015.\u003cbr\u003eToday, he seems to come back in the area, and started again to record recently for some future projects to come. Yorgos Yatromanolakis choose his works between some various musicians propositions by us, and it has been the perfect match for IIKKI.
