東京のエレクトロニック作家Compumaが、2024年9月に自身主宰レーベルSomething AboutからリリースしたCDです。

アンビエント・ダウンテンポ〜エレクトロニカ7曲を収録。デジパック、シュリンク仕様です。

以下、レーベルによる解説です。

"DJ / 選曲 / レコードバイヤーとして、さらにはスマーフ男組、その前身となったAsteroid Desert Songs、竹久圏(KIRIHITO)とのデュオ作品、DJポッセ、悪魔の沼など、さまざまな活動を続けるCOMPUMAによる、2022年リリースのソロ名義アルバム『A View』以来2年ぶりとなる新作ニューアルバム「horizons」。自身のルーツとなる、熊本・江津湖のほとりや、各地の様々な場所を散策時に、その景色や環境にインスピレーションを得て制作されたもので、共同制作者のhacchi（Urban Volcano Sounds/Deavid Soul）と共に作り上げた7曲を収録。マスタリングには中村宗一郎、COMPUMA作品のアートワークでおなじみデザイナー鈴木聖によるジャケットCD（デジパック＋4Pブックレット）として自身のレーベル〈Something About〉よりリリースされる。"

SOMETHING ABOUT:

"This is his first album in about two years since his previous work "A View" was released in 2022. This work was created by taking inspiration from the scenery and environment of his roots, the shores of Lake Etsu in Kumamoto, and various places around the country, and contains seven songs created with his collaborator hacchi (Urban Volcano Sounds/Deavid Soul). The next soundscape of "A View". Mastering was done by Soichiro Nakamura and the jacket artwork was done by Sei Suzuki. Released from his own label SOMETHING ABOUT."
