Note from the label: Because of the nature of consumer c60s, there is a bit more than 30 minutes per side, meaning there is a bit of silence after each track/side.

" Made in SuperCollider, Ableton, and with an arsenal of samples, "Contentious Adjacency" shows us why audry is a force to be reckoned with in the underground Bandcamp sound collage scene. Presented as a 1-hour, seemingly linear (but none the less scattershot) collage, as each new sound appears, you can hear the artist's thought process unfold in reach time. Bits of audio that sound vaguely familiar mutate into something new before your very ears. Squeals of feedback paired with swells of truncated static. Near the halfway point, it seems the artist is going through its sample pack, using the silences between to hide the cut to track 2, where the collage deconstructs further, introducing an electric guitar, pops and crackle, ghostly wavering theremin-like tones, and finally ending with a passage that I could only describe as Fourth World Glitch."
