Orb Tapes:

"'Crystal Oscillators' was written and recorded from 2017 to 2021 as a score to the eponymous film streaming on Eternal Family TV. Many of the recordings weren't included in the film, so this was created in order to capture the entire universe.
The songs were inspired by electro-acoustic textures of the 60's & 70's, and were tracked using vintage synthesizers, electric pianos and acoustic instruments onto 1/4" reel to reel tape.
Various techniques were employed such as splicing segments from long jams, using several sequencers in various time signatures, layering tape loops, and overdubbing many layers of rhythmic keyboard playing.
Most songs were composed on the Yamaha CP70 and this electric grand piano became driving force of the entire project. Each song explores a different framework of composition and harmony, and is intended to be an interstellar voyage through space and time."
