The album was created under the theme of "Star Wave", which comes from OOWETS' life and the inspiration inspired by walking in the mountains and by the sea. The twinkling stars tell stories with melodies and the wave-like rhythm sways freely. This is an album of romantic melodies, lofi, and delightful ambient sounds."

"OOWETS is a music, sound art, and video production company that combines natural objects (wood, stone, water) and musical instruments (synth, piano, guitar, sampler, cassette tape) to create music, sound art, and videos that fit in with daily life, such as Lofi hiphop, ambient, environmental music, and electronica. In recent years, he was in charge of the music for the fashion brand "AMBUSH"'s SS2022 3D exhibition, Kamoi masking tape new video and music, chocolate factory "SUNNYSIDE FIELDS " in-store music, sound design for automated logistics robots, etc. Winner of the Sapporo International Art Festival 2014 "Sound Competition of City and Nature" Grand Prix."
