"残響と霞の波間から現れる『Deep Star』は、Coma World特有のレフトフィールド・ダブとサイケデリックの地形を潜行するオデッセイとして展開する。Maxwell Hallett（Betamax）とPete Bennieのデュオは、瞑想的な水中漂流と鋭いリズムの圧迫感の間を行き来するサウンドを紡ぎ出す。

各楽曲は潮流のように展開し、低音の共鳴と打楽器の細部が動きの引き波を生み出し、レコードの流れを導く。濁りの下では、音色と勢いの微妙な変化がアルバムの深みを露わにする——水面下の移ろいゆく光を映す、緊張と解放のきらめきだ。
