アメリカのスローコアバンドDusterが、2023年11月にNumero Groupからリリースしたアルバムです。

1990年代中頃にカセットで録音していた音源を再編集した14曲を収録。

"半世紀にわたる自宅での4トラック録音から生まれた『Remote Echoes』は、クレイ・パートンとカナン・アンバーが現在進行中のダスター・プロジェクトを、ヒスっぽく、崩れやすく、地に足がついていない形で表現したものだ。『Christmas Dust』と『On The Dodge』と同じ時期にリリースされたカセットのみのデモをミックスしたこの14曲入りアルバムには、未発表の迷作も多数収録されている。ファジーなギター、バーゲン・シンセ、くぐもったパーカッション、ハスキーなヴォーカルというDuster独自のブレンドは、チルウェイヴ、マンブルコア、コアコアを先取りしており、スラッカーの悪癖であるタバコ、コーヒー、マリファナの三位一体をエレガントに表現している。"
