The path begins with the title track Sun Metaphors, driven by an enveloping bassline which leads us to exotic and surreal landscapes, dominated by a vibrating groove. The glorious vocals of the singer ALO sound like a tribute to the Sun and more generally to warm, bright energies, like a Gospel choir. The same spirituality resonates in Trinity, a cosmic funk trip with flute and keytar interludes.
