フランスの作曲家Fernand Vandenbogaerdeが、2025年2月にベルギーの実験レーベルMetaphonからリリースした4枚組レコードBOXです。 彼が1967年-1984年に発表した作品14曲を収録。16ページのブックレットとDLコード付属。 以下、レーベルによる解説です。 "Metaphonは、フランスの作曲家Fernand Vandenbogaerdeが1967年から1984年にかけて発表した14の驚異的な電子・電子音響作品集をお届けする。 Fernand Vandenbogaerde（1946年）は理学部を卒業後、ルーベ音楽院で学び、ジャン＝エティエンヌ・マリー、オリヴィエ・メシアン、ピエール・シェーファー、ギョルギー・リゲティ、カールハインツ・シュトックハウゼン、ブルーノ・マデルナらとさまざまなクラスやコースを共にした。数学的音楽、特にイアニス・クセナキスの作品に関する分析的エッセイを執筆した。さまざまな教育機関で電子音響音楽を教え、パリ近郊のブラン＝メスニルにある国立音楽舞踊学校の校長を務めた。作曲家としては、オーケストラ、器楽アンサンブル、室内アンサンブルのための作品を書き、テープと電子音響の構成を含むハイブリッド形式の作品もある。また、ブールジュ、パリ、ゲント、そして自宅スタジオで数多くのテープ作品を録音した。彼の作品は、世界各地の主要なフェスティバルやイベントで紹介されている。 このエディションに収録された作品は、主にテープ作品で、入念に録音・制作され、先鋭的で、何よりも音色を重視したものである。Vandenbogaerde自身の言葉を借りれば 「私の作品を決定づけるもの、少なくともこの作品集に収録されているものはすべて、素材が私を規定し、形式を決定する」。この特別なアプローチは、電子音響音楽の分野における多くの同世代の音楽家たちとは一線を画している。Vandenbogaerdeの作品におけるもうひとつの興味深い側面は、（メキシコの作曲家ジュリアン・カリージョによって考案された）微小調性音階の統合であり、「Modifications III」と興味深い3部作「Drei Nachdenken über Hymnen...
