"Brachliegen presents UNCAST, a thick and heavy broth of harsh noise from PARADOX ENCOUNTER GROUP. Over its 40 minute runtime, UNCAST charts the soundwork-as-habitual process of dedicated noise-lifer Paul Harrison (Expose Your Eyes, Hairs Abyss and Feral Copse, among others). Chaotic sounds are assembled and fed into the release valve by PARADOX ENCOUNTER GROUP as a means to exorcise the demons of waking life.

Totalising churns of warbling feedback, mind-dissolving flange, cross-wired delays and head cleansing noise writhe throughout this battering ram of aural assault. Harsh, dense and raw, the full-stereo thwack of UNCAST is recommended for fans of Nocturnal Emissions, Territorial Gobbing, early Lustmord and any other proponents of classic mail art cassette churn.
