Having released work on New Forces, Unseen Force, Strange Rules, Thousands Of Dead Gods amongst numerous others, Plagues is to my mind one of the strongest projects in modern US PE. Always an expression of true bleakness through an ever evolving sound palette, on And Hell Followed we hear the sounds of frustration, loss, worthlessness and despair through a lens of spiritual hatred and twisted nostalgia. Sometimes, even the devil quotes scripture."
