Text by Dead Currencies:

"Yuma is an exercise in structure and musical styles. It features a single guitar track in three very different iterations, each with their own adornments and musical identities. The guitar part itself eventually gets lost in each layered atmosphere, leaving the listener with the impression of three original pieces. It is an experiment in the aesthetics of song structure, and an examination of how divergent paths from a singular origin can lead to very different results.

I. copy.
II. copy of a copy.
III. copy of a facsimile of a copy.

And, epilogue:
Word of mouth, $5 dollar shows.
Trading tapes, making noise with busted radios.
Making show fliers on the copy machine in the back of Tower Records. Reading (Unintelligible) and Skyscraper Magazine.
(Unintelligible) Remind us kid, that you don't care.
You've got issues now, but that's not rare.
Is this your 'punk rock?'"
