Here A. and G. agreed in their mutual predilection for dub. Half a decade ago, A. together with a friend released an album of noisy illa as CXXVII, and G. has been experimenting with rhythm and roar for more than thirteen years. But all this music is much louder than 'quaebec'. Here it is just built according to the classic dub-technoid scheme: one track in five different variations, which unites only the original beat besides the sharp breaking end. But what A. and G. do with him is a separate conversation. In moments, as in 'fx grain edit', the sound is generally disassembled to the point that it can be called swarming without any problems - and it still catches the ear and the organ behind it. In general, a certain “non-ambition”, graininess and simply shaking of this sound is its most important feature. 'Quaebec' does not build any multi-layer overhead air structures, nor does it try to embrace every possible free space. Neither does it lock the listener in the cage of its own skull - its hum is short, penny-simple and bureaucratic, like a test stroke of a pencil on a sheet. Or even as an unprintable word on a nearby fence. And absolutely the same is understandable and corrosive. "

Предыдущая работа LC – не лишенный саркастической стройности ритмичный индастриал 'hjjjjjf / vliiilodger / er-6' – тоже по-своему хороша, но ‘quaebec' - дело особое. Тут А. и Г. сошлись в своем обоюдном пристрастии к дабу. Полдекады тому назад А. выпускал вместе с товарищем альбом шумного илла как CXXVII, а Г. уже больше тринадцати лет экспериментирует с ритмом и рёвом. Но все это музыка сильно громче ‘quaebec'. Вот он как раз построен по классической даб-техноидной схеме: один трек в пяти разнообразных вариациях, которые объединяет кроме резкого срывающего конца только исходный бит. Но что с ним А. и Г. делают – разговор уже отдельный. Моментами, как в ‘fx grain edit’, звук вообще разбирается до того, что без проблем можно назвать копошением – и все еще цепляет ухо и стоящий за ним орган. Вообще же некая «неамбициозность», зернистость и просто трясучесть этого саунда – самая главная его фишка. Никаких многослойных навесных воздушных конструкций ‘quaebec' не строит, и не старается объять собой все возможное свободное пространство. Равно как и не запирает слушателя в клетке собственного черепа – его гул короток, копеечно-прост и казёнен, словно пробный штрих карандаша на листе. Или даже как непечатное слово на ближайшем заборе. И абсолютно так же понятен и въедлив."
