Here’s the plainly entitled “Polonius 2”, a particularly eccentric segment of the aforementioned series. An album he has reworked and redefined over the years, initially inspired by Cocteau and maybe also a bit by Picasso. A translation of their simple, fresh line drawings and the distinctive flavor of that era through impulsive, offhand and elusive sounds. However, over the years this album became more about “gods, demigods and odd beings frolicking naked on flying\u003cspan class=\"bcTruncateMore\"\u003e checkerboards”, according to Polonius himself.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eDelving into fourth-world abstractions and low-fidelity design, freeform creativity delivers here spontaneous exuberance, in Gaber‘s very own mischievous style.
