"Corpus Delicti EP is the first vinyl release by Mazlika, a Tokyo-based producer and DJ who is also active as a dancer. She began producing tracks in 2017 and has since released albums independently via Bandcamp and digital platforms.

With dance at the core of her life since childhood, she currently explores her own physical language through free motion unbound by established forms or styles—often described as physical expression or contemporary dance. This approach to dance is deeply reflected in her music: rhythms that move freely back and forth through time, and sharp sound textures that heighten the listener’s sense of tension. Though abstract, the music reveals its potential to function as body music.

Mastered and cut by the renowned Pole (Scape Mastering), the record achieves greater delicacy in the highs and a deeper, more immersive low end. Listening to the record at 33 RPM is also highly recommended."
