An electroacoustic chronicle of six variation pieces. The randomness with which this album was recorded is what gave it that simplicity of perception. Its euphony balances on the edge of meditative repetitiveness. Shimmering synthesizer and calming loops balance the sound into one crystal clear space, and the echoes of notes reflected dozens of times make it almost weightless. "Дневник - Март" ("Diary - March") can be mistaken for light-hearted keyboard studies, but there is a certain irony in the title of the project ("Шутка" means "Joke")"

These are cigarette package sized, battery powered sound playback devices, containing nine short musical loops. Due to manufacturing imperfections, individual machines play those with a slightly different sound, pitch and duration. The built-in playback circuit, with its low sampling rate and bit resolution, produces a very rough sound, similar to ancient computer games or talking toys.
