ドイツの大御所実験音楽家RLW aka Ralf Wehowskyが、2024年9月にイギリス・ロンドンの実験レーベルPeneltimate Pressからリリースした2枚組CDです。 コラージュ〜ドローン27曲を収録。6面デジパック、シュリンク仕様です。 以下、レーベルによる解説です。 "Colonia Dignidadは、ドイツの福音派一派の入植地だった。 ドイツで児童虐待で起訴された後、1961年にチリに逃れた。類似の宗派と同様、外見上は統一された神々しい共同体であり、文化活動や社会福祉も充実していたが、内面や環境は抑圧、性的虐待、搾取に満ちていた。1970年代には、政治犯の投獄や拷問、武器の製造などに協力し、ピノチェトの恐怖政治に疑いもなく介入した。1980年代末から、チリにおけるC.D.の犯罪が法的に再評価されるようになった。 その後継組織は観光業で生計を立てている。 C.D.プロジェクトは、一方では、現代の目撃者の一連のドキュメンタリー録音を使用し、他方では、コロニアに関連する恐怖、緊張、閉所恐怖症、恐怖の印象の精神に基づいて即興的に作曲された一連のメロディックな即興曲（MIDIファイル）を使用している。CD2（Knochenstückchen）は、この雰囲気をそのまま反映している。一方、CD1（Reue?)の特徴は、セクト解散後に発見された声明の矛盾した広さである： 残虐行為の否定から、ドイツに戻った指導者たちによるC.D.の美化まで、かつて虐待された収容者や搾取された地域労働者のトラウマを公言している。 この目的のために、目撃者の録音はかなりの程度まで音修正された。MIDIファイルは、様々なヴァーチャル楽器（ピアノ、ギター、サックス、ターンテーブル、肺活量マシン、バレルオルガン、シンセなど）で再生され、様々な修正（速度、音程、ループ、ハーモニーや音色の変化）が施されたため、CD1の11曲とCD2の16曲は、それぞれが密接に絡み合った全体的な構成を表している。...
