Edition of 300.

Review by Julian Cowley in The Wire:

"Watch Out, This Bag Belongs To Zorro is, it seems, the title when translated from Dutch. Knowledge of that language would certainly be an advantage if you wish to grasp immediately the meaning of spoken words delivered by various voices within the lean, edgy and occasionally fractious musical context provided by pianist Reinier van Houdt and the trio Plan Kruutntoone. This project is apparently an adaptation of the account of a soldier's pact with the devil dramatised in Stravinsky's L'Histoire Du Soldat. Guttural intonations of Dutch are matched by gruff and stark instrumental accompaniment. Guitar, bass, drums and piano along with interjections from trombone and accordion hang together in loose affiliation, moving jerkily towards the prescribed denouement."
