Text written by Emily Elhaj:

"Organic, flowing, and electronic music with pulp, variety, and curiosity.

“Where should we go?,” could be the question being posed here. With an inquisitive, unspoiled quality this collection of songs is adventurous. Chalk Cross is at times joyful and others contemplative offering big spaces for your mind to wander and wonder. Each track on this instrumental collection offers a new environment often with a different climate. Field recordings, synthesizers, and guitar are featured most prominently but space could also be considered an active participant in creating the atmosphere. The music points and directs the listener forward and inward.

For those who enjoy the analog and intrepid music of Brian Eno, Craig Leon, or Emahoy Tsege Mariam Gebru."

Artist : chalk cross (Vettraino / Lesicko)

Label : Self-released
