I felt a seismic shift demarcating life before and after her passing, searching for words, music, and art that felt relatable and made me feel a little less alone in grappling with this new life. I was curious to hear how others processed grief, and even more than that, processed life, in the afterglow of losing their own loved ones. Aimee and Alec graciously shared the Objects \u0026amp; Sounds platform as a resource for finding community and comfort while navigating grief and its many contours. This sparked the idea of inviting forth creative expressions in grief and developing a project that gave space for people to actively explore and sit with their own grief.
