I first met him when he was working at Staalplaat in Amsterdam, while I was writing a school report on the Staalplaat label and interviewed him in the store. We've kept in touch ever since; he reviewed my musical works and we shared the stage during performances at festivals and various other concerts. But other than a one-minute joint track on a compilation CD put together by Asuna in 2021, we've never really released any music together.
