"Following his well-received label debut Sideways, Seliga returns to Trance-Atlantyk with his latest release, Lush. This four-track package features three versatile club cuts alongside a heavyweight remix from fellow mustache-sporting maestro, Pablo Bozzi.

The title track, "Lush," continues the dreamy-yet-euphoric path blazed on his previous record, expertly blending dubbed-out tech house rhythms with evocative, Orbital-esque soundscapes and sparkling melodic leads. Taking the energy up a gear, Pablo Bozzi delivers a remix that remains respectful to the original’s core while injecting it with his trademark high-octane "bozziness" and playful nods to speed garage.

On the B-side, "Tech House 3000" offers a more direct, straightforward club banger. Reminiscent of the early-2000s tech house sound, the track is seasoned with tripped-out bleeps and classic dub sirens for a psychedelic touch.

Finally, the EP rounds out with "That HOR Track," a piece originally drafted for Seliga’s live set during Trance-atlantyk’s HÖR takeover. It serves as a sophisticated take on classic 90s house, driven by that iconic Korg M1 organ bassline, syncopated percussion, and sweet, luscious synth pads."

I did not expect the global pandemic in 2020 when I had originally put the record out as a digital only release. I did not predict that one day I would re-release it physically. I did not know that I would ever develop an interest in photography until I got a film camera on a whim in April of 2023. I did not have a particular interest in cars, really. I took an abstract photo of a car hood in black and white after someone suggested I start with simple images. So, I started to make a collection. I walk around a lot because I don't have a car but cars are everywhere. They are so ubiquitous that they blend in with the background noise of the rest of New York City. I did not expect the global pandemic in 2020 when I had originally put the record out as a digital only release. I did not predict that one day I would re-release it physically. I did not know that I would ever develop an interest in photography until I got a film camera on a whim in April of 2023. I did not have a particular interest in cars, really. I took an abstract photo of a car hood in black and white after someone suggested I start with simple images. So, I started to make a collection. I walk around a lot because I don't have a car but cars are everywhere. They are so ubiquitous that they blend in with the background noise of the rest of New York City. They are easy to avoid or ignore, and at best, an inconvenience while jaywalking.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cem\u003eMusic gave me the ability to listen closely and to be present in sound. Photography has given me the gift of looking closely at an environment and appreciating light. These were not the reasons I got into either medium and these developments were unexpected. I do not know what to expect next. I do not know what I will do next with photography or what I will explore next musically. I often feel like whatever I am working on will be the final version of some idea I have and I am usually wrong. I always feel like I am at the end of some line when I finish a project and as time goes on it is easier to see it as a developing process.
