The music was mostly written and recorded during February and March of 2026, with the composer operating both in isolation and with a select team of musical comrades, while also incorporating live collaborations, field recordings, and audio sketches going back years.

About the album’s title and binding concept, Chiu says: “In architecture, “edge conditions” are the boundaries, interfaces, or transition zones between two different areas, materials, or states, often acting as a unique, occupiable, or functional space. They describe the interaction between systems — such as public vs. private land, or contrasting building materials — and are critical in architectural design, urban planning, and ecology for their "active" or "passive" nature. Thematically, the idea of an architectural edge condition came to mind during the process of making this record as it, too, feels like a practice bound by (environmental) restrictions, or boundaries.”..."

Artist : Jeremiah Chiu

Label : International Anthem

cat no : IARC0115LPI

Release date : 6th November 2026

["ambient","cd","international anthem","jazz","new
"option1":"Default Title","option2":null,"option3":null
["Default Title
["//tobirarecords.com/cdn/shop/files/con1_76364cf5-e41c-48dc-bb8f-aca4612dd64c.jpg?v=1792028757
//tobirarecords.com/cdn/shop/files/con1_76364cf5-e41c-48dc-bb8f-aca4612dd64c.jpg?v=1792028757
Title

Marta Sofia Honer、Marquis Hill、Will Miller、Patrick Shiroishi、Booker Stardrumらも参加する。

Click here to see more International Anthem releases available at Tobira.

------------------------------

CD
Ask us for digital files.

Tracklist:

A1 Way In
A2 A.M.
