The pieces that came together for this release were recorded between 2023-2026 in vienna on various electronic, electro-acoustic, no-input, motorized, modular and\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cspan class=\"bcTruncateMore\"\u003e\u003cem\u003e magnetic feedback systems. Only after slowly puttinng them together did I realize that it might function as a full release based around dfferent forms of feedback, or systems that self regulate in different ways and produce sound. The title came only at the end, when i was doing more research into feedback theory and realized i liked the idea of naming this collection after a form of regulation at the heart of feedback systems instead of the feedback systems themselves - perhaps because they often focus on very particular elements.
