Back pain? Headaches? Whiplash? If you’ve never visited a chiropractor before, you’re truly in for a treat the first time you press play on this audio solution from R.H.C.P.

Our visiting therapist this time is Ooaayu, a veteran of the Russian drone scene (Hooded Communion, ex-Arabian Horses). He's delivering two crude heavyweight noise-dub collages on side A, and a field recording from Karacharovo, Moscow on side B.

The long-standing practice of chiropractic uses nothing but good old-fashioned knowledge of the human body’s skeletal and muscular systems, plus a bit of strength, to make you feel like a brand-new person by the end of the listening session.
