"'A Little Less Worse' marks a departure from Erev’s previous recordings, embracing a more playful, rhythmic sound. Built on hand drums, auxiliary percussion, sun-warped synths, Balearic guitar tones, and the occasional off-kilter drum machine - the six-song album is a loose, luminous soundscape. Drawing on the tones and rhythms of Tropicália and Exotica, it’s an homage to the textures of everyday life and the small things that keep us going."
