He uses both real and digitally-mimicked acoustic sound combined with relatively subtle digital signal processing as a means of extending sounds into imperfect digital representations of themselves. This idea, in part, serves as a reflection on our commodified digital identities that exist in the eyes of corporations and governments as data-points formed by our online consumption of media and goods, and views these digital identities as transformed and immortalized versions of ourselves; “Hyperobjects''. This consideration works as a means of inspecting ideas relating to consumption, capitalism and digital immortality.
